Aluminum

The high weather resistance allowed this type of window to establish itself in the last 20 years, although a countertrend started in recent years, because of the productive innovation in wooden windows and the advent of PVC.

This type of window consists of aluminum sections and ensures a discrete thermal and acoustic insulation due to thermal break: low-conductivity separators of plastic material reinforced with glass fiber are inserted between the inner and outer frame. This division reduces the thermal passage and partly the feeling of cold or heat while touching the window. To enhance the hermetic capacity there is the so-called open joint, an elastic seal connected to the fixed frame.
This type of door or window is characterized by long duration, partly hampered by the reduced chance of recovery actions in time in the case of alterations or degradation.
